Wine Cellar

The wine cellar is exceptionally large and was designed to accommodate 50+ wine kegs. The space is already equipped with kitchen plumbing, making it ready for the addition of cabinetry, a sink, and related fixtures. Floor drains are also installed for added functionality. Constructed primarily of concrete and block, this space also offers the potential to be converted into a root cellar, depending on individual needs. Look at our future plans to see some ideas.
