This room has amazing views from all sides with a large bank of south facing windows. East and west sunshine pours right in during winter.  Sun shades block summer sun through the sliding glass door with built in mini blinds. There is a draw bridge style free floating roofed deck that is on the front of the house overlooking the front yard and driveway.  On back side of this room it is planned and prepped to have a 30' x 8' deck that also has a full roof over this entire deck.
