This roof top deck is approximately 40' x 14' covered with a 50 yr Rubber membrane roofing. This deck is positioned over 30 feet above ground level and sits even higher relative to the back side of the house offering a dramatic vantage point. Construction has not started on the outside part of the deck as of yet. Plans include walls surrounding the entire area, designed with stone-look finishes and castle-style parapets.
Access to this space is planned from the top floor. This elevated deck will offer sweeping views across the property including driveway and trails. Gargoyle accents planned along the exterior wall facing fire pit area. This space will offer a unique and impressive result.
Design plans feature an outdoor fireplace, a complete outdoor living room space, and an outdoor bedroom area—perfect for enjoying nights under the stars. This area is currently unfinished, and the photos represent potential design ideas.
